Garlic sautéed spinach


  1. leaves Baby spinach
  2. Olive oil
  3. Chopped garlic
  4. Kosher salt
  5. Fresh ground black pepper
  6. 1-2 T Unsalted butter
  7. Lemon


  1. Heat olive oil, garlic & butter in pan over medium heat for about 1 min

  2. Add spinach, salt & pepper. Cook until spinach is wilted. Transfer to serving bowl & top w fresh lemon juice & sprinkle of sea salt
