Garlic sautéed spinach
Ingredients
- leaves Baby spinach
- Olive oil
- Chopped garlic
- Kosher salt
- Fresh ground black pepper
- 1-2 T Unsalted butter
- Lemon
Steps
Heat olive oil, garlic & butter in pan over medium heat for about 1 min
Add spinach, salt & pepper. Cook until spinach is wilted. Transfer to serving bowl & top w fresh lemon juice & sprinkle of sea salt
