    DIRECTIONS

  • Grate apples, put in bread basket.
  • cover with half the sugar.
  • Add the chopped plums.
  • cover with remaining sugar.
  • add pectin and lemon juice.
  • Cook on jam setting. My machine only goes 1 hr 30 minute I prefer running it twice for a thicker jam.
