Kate go-to foods to keep her stunning figure – but she also enjoys sticky toffee
Kate, 41, showed off her incredible figure today while playing rugby at Maidenhead Rugby Club.
The Princess of Wales has always looked fabulous during her time as a working royal, and to maintain this figure she must follow a healthy diet.
According to nutrition experts at BarBend, slow-burn energy oats are a favourite breakfast food of the Princess of Wales’s because they give her the stamina she needs to attend royal engagements, exercise, and look after her three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis.
Oats can be a terrific exercise fuel because they release energy throughout the entire activity, and Kate is said to blend nutrient-rich, balanced food with a regular exercise regimen of planking and running to preserve her stunning physique.
The Princess reportedly makes her own antioxidant-rich smoothies by combining kale, spirulina, matcha, spinach, romaine, and blueberries. This would also help Kate keep a healthy glow and clear complexion.
In keeping with the theme of her breakfast, which is high in antioxidants, Kate is said to prefer organic meals for lunch and tries to include as many raw ingredients as she can.
A regular feature of Kate’s lunches are reportedly watermelon salads, which combine pink watermelon with avocado, onion, cucumber, and feta cheese for the ideal balance of sweet and salty flavours.
She is said to prefer eating primarily vegetarian meals for lunch, which echoes Meghan Markle’s well-known love of plant-based diets.
Kate enjoys lentil curry and vegetable kebabs, which Chef Raghu Deora confirmed when he cooked for the Prince and Princess of Wales on their trip to India.

The chef went on record to say “vegetarian was what they preferred,” when it came to the couple’s eating preferences for the whole royal tour.
For dessert, sticky toffee pudding is a favourite of Kate’s and was made by the previous Royal Family chef, Darren McGrady.
Royal experts have claimed that the Prince of Wales likes to make Kate a gin and tonic after their children have gone to bed.
When it comes to snacking in between meals, Kate is said to stick to fresh fruit and vegetables, especially goji berries.
