To create a main dish, foodies can try serving it with a handful of asparagus or charred sweetcorn.

Ingredients:

  • 25ml olive oil
  • 300g shell on king prawns
  • 4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 1 red chilli, finely sliced
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • A good pinch of Maldon Chilli Sea Salt

Method:

1. Heat the oil in a heavy-bottomed frying pan. Once the oil is hot, add the prawns, sliced garlic and chilli.

Fry the prawns until they’re pink and slightly charred and the garlic is golden.

This should take approximately two to three minutes in total.

2. Next, take the prawns off the heat and stir the paprika and Maldon Chilli Sea Salt into the oily sauce, making sure to toss the prawns to coat them in the sauce.

3. Serve the prawns immediately with some crusty bread or grilled vegetables depending on your preference.
