The curry is made out of ingredients you can get out of a standard corner shop.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>This recipe only takes around 20 minutes to make from scratch and it is perfect for a last-minute dinner plan or as a takeaway replacement.<\/p>\n<p>Jamie added: \u201cIt\u2019s pretty simple stuff with onions, garlic, bit of ginger. Peel and grate the onions, garlic, and ginger.<\/li>\n<li>Place a pan on medium heat and add one tablespoon of olive oil. Add in the grated onion, garlic, and ginger. Stir thoroughly to make sure the vegetables are evenly cooked.<\/li>\n<li>If using chilis, deseed them, half them, and add them into the pan. Cook the vegetables for a few minutes until softened, then stir in the curry paste and mango chutney.<\/li>\n<li>Continue to cook for two minutes, and continue to stir the mixture, making sure to scrap the bottom of the pan.<\/li>\n<li>Then, add in the can of tomatoes, making sure to break them up as you stir. Let the curry mixture simmer for a few minutes and then pour in the coconut milk.<\/li>\n<li>Drain and add the chickpeas to the mixture, and let the curry sauce simmer for around 10 to 15 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened. The curry sauce is now ready to serve.<\/li>\n<li>To cook the rice, place one mug of rice in a pot with two mugs of boiling water with a pinch of salt. Cover and cook the rice on medium heat for 12 minutes or until the water has been absorbed.<\/li>\n<li>To cook the chicken, prepare the chicken breast by rubbing it with a teaspoon of curry paste until it is coasted. Dry fry in a pan for six to eight minutes until the chicken is golden. Make sure to turn the chicken halfway through so it evenly cooks.<\/li>\n<li>Remove the chicken from, the pan, thickly slice, and stir into the curry sauce.
