A woman has explained how she managed to lose 25kg in less than a year without even cutting out unhealthy foods like pizza and McDonald\u2019s.<\/p>\n
TikTok user butterflymegg said she lost 25kg over eight months without taking part in fad diets, saying she lost the weight the \u201clazy\u201d way.<\/p>\n
She said: \u201cI\u2019ve lost 59 pounds (25kg) in the span of eight months, so if you’re trying to lose weight, listen the f*** up.\u201d<\/p>\n
Megg continued: \u201cI\u2019ve been on a weight loss journey for 10 years – 10 f***ing years – and I’ve tried every diet under the sun.<\/p>\n
