  • 4avocados – peeled, pitted, and chopped
  • 1roma tomato, cut in half
  • ½red onion, roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ½jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced(Optional)
  • 1 teaspoon salt

    Blend avocados, tomato, onion, lemon juice, jalapeno pepper, and salt in a Vitamix® blender on variable 2 or on the low setting on any blender until guacamole is chunky.
