Chunky Paleo Guacamole


  • 2ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
  • 1lime, juiced
  • 1jalapeno pepper, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½small onion, minced
  • 1Roma tomato, seeded and diced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

    Place avocados in a bowl. Squeeze lime juice on top and roughly smash with a fork until thoroughly mashed. Add jalapeno pepper, garlic, onion, tomato, cilantro, salt, and pepper; gently combine with a fork.
