Zesty Lime Romaine and Pepitas

  1. 1 Romaine Lettuce Heart
  2. 2 Tbsp raw Pepitas
  3. 1/2 Lime
  4. 1 Tbsp Honey
  5. Olive Oil


  1. Heat 1 tsp of OO in a md pan until hot. Add the pepitas, seasoning with S&P and BA Mexican spice blend. Stir frequently and cook for 1-2 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel lined plate.

  2. Roughly chop lettuce. Whisk together honey, juice from 1/2 lime & 1 tbsp OO.

  3. Combine lettuce, pepitas and dressing.
