White sauce pasta
- 250 g pasta
- Capsicum one medium
- Tomato one
- 2 tbsp Fresh cream
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 tsp All purpose flour
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 2 tbsp Mayonisse
Take butter in pan add all purpose flour to it and dry roast it.
Then add milk slowly as flour should not form lumps. Then in a separate pan saute capsicum n tomatoes chopped.l for 5 mins
Then add capsicum n tomato to creamy butter flour mix.
Take water in a bowl and add pasta and little oil to it. Then boil for 15mins until pasta become soft.
Drain water from pasta and to the creamy mixture and black pepper and salt.
And mix well. Ur pasta is ready. Then remove it from flame and add 2tbsp mayonnise to it.
Its ready to eat
