Watermelon Cake
Great for healthy celebrations!
Ingredients
- 1 large seedless watermelon
- Fat free whipped topping, thawed
- Strawberries, washed and cut
- Blueberries, washed
- bar Chocolate
Steps
Slice the ends of the watermelon to create a base. Then slice the sides of the watermelon to make it look like a layered round cake. Dry the watermelon with a paper towel.
Frost the watermelon with thawed whipped topping on the sides and top to make it look like a round layered cake.
Decorate with strawberries and blueberries. Shave the chocolate bar for top of the watermelon cake.
Surprise your friends when you slide the “cake open.
