Watermelon Cake

Great for healthy celebrations!


  1. 1 large seedless watermelon
  2. Fat free whipped topping, thawed
  3. Strawberries, washed and cut
  4. Blueberries, washed
  5. bar Chocolate


  1. Slice the ends of the watermelon to create a base. Then slice the sides of the watermelon to make it look like a layered round cake. Dry the watermelon with a paper towel.

  2. Frost the watermelon with thawed whipped topping on the sides and top to make it look like a round layered cake.

  3. Decorate with strawberries and blueberries. Shave the chocolate bar for top of the watermelon cake.

  4. Surprise your friends when you slide the “cake open.
