Village way meat with mushrooms ? ?

My mom’s special recipe ^^


  1. 500 g. pork or chicken meat
  2. 150 g. mushrooms
  3. 1 onion
  4. 2 peaces garlic
  5. 1 bit spice
  6. ketchup


  1. Cut the meat into cubes and place it in a heated pan with oil and fried it.

  2. Add the onion, the garlic, the mushrooms, the spice and the ketchup and allow the ingredients to be stored for 5-10 minutes until they are mixed.

  3. Then, add a glass of water and half a glass of red wine and leave on a medium fire to be a dish with a closed lid.

  4. Add more water during the dining as needed.

  5. Let it unite for 45-50 minutes until the contents in the pan are thickened.

  6. Put the village meat in a bowl and for a decoration you can add boiled potatoes or rice.
