Veggies and Meatball Clear Soup

Easy and can be done in 15 minutes! Hope you like it!


  1. 1 handfull of jelly mushrooms, cut into squares
  2. 2 carrots, peeled and chopped
  3. 4 mini chayotes, cut into cubes
  4. 10 meatballs, Asian style, cut into 2
  5. 1 big shallot, slice
  6. 3 garlics, slice
  7. 1 bit of oil for frying
  8. Water for the broth
  9. Salt
  10. Pepper
  11. Chicken powder


  1. Add the oil to a pan.

  2. Stir fry the shallot and garlics until fragfant.

  3. Add in the water and seasonings. Taste test.

  4. Add in the carrots first, wait for 5 minutes. Then add the rest of the veggies.

  5. Add in the meatballs. Let it boil until cooked.

  6. Serve.
