Veggies and Meatball Clear Soup
Easy and can be done in 15 minutes! Hope you like it!
- 1 handfull of jelly mushrooms, cut into squares
- 2 carrots, peeled and chopped
- 4 mini chayotes, cut into cubes
- 10 meatballs, Asian style, cut into 2
- 1 big shallot, slice
- 3 garlics, slice
- 1 bit of oil for frying
- Water for the broth
- Chicken powder
Add the oil to a pan.
Stir fry the shallot and garlics until fragfant.
Add in the water and seasonings. Taste test.
Add in the carrots first, wait for 5 minutes. Then add the rest of the veggies.
Add in the meatballs. Let it boil until cooked.
