  1. 6 pastry
  2. 1/2 tbsp oil
  3. 6 lychee
  4. 1 carrot
  5. 1 cup Chinese cabbage
  6. 2 tbsp Of coconut milk
  7. Dash salt
  8. Spicy butter
  9. 2 tbsp butter
  10. Dash Chili powdr


  1. With little oil sauté carrot and Chinese cabbage then add in coconut milk and season with salt for 2 minutes

  2. Then drain and mix in the lychee and set aside

  3. Fill up onto the pastry and pinch firmly and rub with some butter and baked at 200 c for 10 to 15 minutes

  4. In pan with melted butter add in the Chili powder and mix well then off heat

  5. Enjoy the snack as it it or sprinkle with some spicy butter
