Deep frying
Ingredients
- 2 cups boiled vegetables (carrots, potatoes, beetroot and peas)
- 1 tbsp ginger pest
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
- 4 tbsp Cornflour
- Bread crumbs
- to taste Salt
- Oil for deep fry
Steps
Boiled all vegetables and smashed together. Take a pan add 2tbsp oil then add cumin seeds. Add ginger pest cook until it become brown. Add smashed vegetables and all masala. Cook until it become a tight dough.
Take a bowl and pour Cornflour add water and prepare a batter. Take bread crumbs in a plate.
Now makes oval shape dough with vegetables. Keep it in refrigerator for 10 minutes. Dip in batter and roll in bread crumbs. Deep fry the balls.
