Vegan Gluten Free Pancakes

Ingredients

  1. 1 c Oat flour
  2. 1 c Almond milk
  3. 3 Ripe bananas
  4. 1 Tbsp Ground flaxseed
  5. 1 Tbsp Coconut oil
  6. 1 tsp Applecider vinegar
  7. 1 tsp Baking powder
  8. 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  9. 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  10. 1/4 tsp Pink himalayan salt
  11. 1/2 c Pecans or Walnut pieces (Optional)

Steps

  1. Blend everything except for the Pecans or Walnut pieces.

  2. Add nuts into the pancake mix.

  3. Use a non-stick pan and place over medium heat.

  4. Cook to however large you’d like the pancakes to be.
