Vegan Gluten Free Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 c Oat flour
- 1 c Almond milk
- 3 Ripe bananas
- 1 Tbsp Ground flaxseed
- 1 Tbsp Coconut oil
- 1 tsp Applecider vinegar
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Pink himalayan salt
- 1/2 c Pecans or Walnut pieces (Optional)
Steps
Blend everything except for the Pecans or Walnut pieces.
Add nuts into the pancake mix.
Use a non-stick pan and place over medium heat.
Cook to however large you’d like the pancakes to be.
