  1. 300 ml warm water 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar 6%
  2. 1 teaspoon salt 0.5 teaspoon sugar
  3. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 350 g wheat white flour
  4. 3 tablespoons wheat bran 2 teaspoons baking powder


  1. Add apple cider vinegar, salt, sugar to warm water, mix and add vegetable oil.
    Add bran, baking powder to the flour, pour in water, knead dough with a spatula. We spread on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil, sprinkle with sesame or sunflower seeds, bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 – 45 minutes.
     If you want a soft crust, you need to sprinkle the bread after baking with water, and wrap up with a towel, leave it for 30 minutes. Enjoy your meal.
