Turkey Manhattans from Leftovers
Had some roasted turkey breast left over, and a bit of stuffing from dinner last night.Toss it on a piece of toast and cover it with gravy.Skipped the traditional mashed potatoes and went with corn bread stuffing.
- 1 1/2 cup roasted turkey pieces
- 1 slice honey wheat bread
- 1 cup turkey gravy
- 2/3 cup cooked corn bread stuffing
Toast your bread and place on your plate. Put hot turkey on top.
Top that with stuffing
Heat gravy and pour over all. Season with salt and pepper and serve hot.
