Tuna Salad with Beans

I made this recipe from the idea of adding consultancy to my original ceviche tuna

Ingredients

  1. 1 thingy sliced red onion
  2. 4 tbs red wine vinigar
  3. 2 cups cooked white beans
  4. 1-6.5 oz can water packed tuna and drained. Preference albacore tuna
  5. 2 Campari tomatoes diced
  6. 1 garlic clove, minced or 1 tbs of power garlic
  7. 1 lemon squeeze juice
  8. 4 tbs chopped fresh basil
  9. 1 tbs chopped fresh cilantro
  10. 2 tbs olive oil
  11. 1 tbs capers, rinsed salt and pepper to taste

Steps

  1. Put onion in container, add 4 tablespoons of the vinegar and and lemon and squeeze with salt and pepper. Let them soak for 30 mins.

  2. Add the rest of ingredients, mix them and chill for 60 minutes
