Totally Guessing Fish Pakora! ?
Since discovering a local Rani foods outlet I’ve been delving into Indian foods, like from India!Some books on the way but until they get here it’s all a foodie adventure!
- 2/3 cup chopped fish, I'm using a whitefish that's not smelly
- 1 slice onion, chopped
- to taste Coriander
- to taste Garam masala
- Tbsp eggwhite and a bit of water
- Oil for frying
Forgot the pic but mix it all into a thick batter.
Fry until Golden!
