Totally Guessing Fish Pakora! ?

Since discovering a local Rani foods outlet I’ve been delving into Indian foods, like from India!Some books on the way but until they get here it’s all a foodie adventure!


  1. 2/3 cup chopped fish, I'm using a whitefish that's not smelly
  2. 1 slice onion, chopped
  3. to taste Coriander
  4. to taste Garam masala
  5. Tbsp eggwhite and a bit of water
  6. Oil for frying


  1. Forgot the pic but mix it all into a thick batter.

  2. Fry until Golden!
