This is a super simple but yummy dressing to throw together for big hearty salads or grain bowls.
- 1/2 cup tahini
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Pinch salt
- 1-3 tbsp. maple syrup
- Water, for thinning
Whisk together the tahini, lemon juice and salt. Whisk in the maple syrup, to taste. Then whisk in the water, 1 tbsp at a time, until it reaches the consistency you like.
That’s it! Store it in an airtight jar or container. If you’re going to use it within a few days, you can leave it out. Otherwise refrigerate it.
