Sweet and sticky grilled tenders
Well, guess who’s bought 30 lbs of skinless boneless chicken breasts and tenders for 30 bucks? I told the hubs no need to ask what’s for dinner for the next 6 months?so the thing is, I had to separate this chicken and the first 15 was dinner. They’re huge but so tender! Kind of impressed with my little marinade. And I have all of you marinating geniuses to thank!??
- 2 lbs chicken, it can be any kind of chicken
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 healthy tbsp spicy brown mustard
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp pasted garlic or minced fine
- 1 tsp onion powder and pepper
- 1/4 cup sweet heat chili sauce
In a bowl, combine everything except the chicken. Put the chicken in a ziplock bag and pour marinade over the chicken. Smoosh together the chicken and the marinade and let sit for at least an hour.
Grill chicken, basting with sauce, til done. Soooo good!!
