Summer Japanese Salad
This is not my own recipe, but i want to share my own style by using this recipe.
Hope you enjoy eating this kind of salad.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup red quinoa cooked
- 1 small carrot
- 1/2 cup lettuces
- 1 large Peach
- 2 tbsp coconuts flakes
- Dressing:
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp molasses/roman sauce
- 2 tbsp lemon juice/lime
- Salt and black pepper
Steps
Boil the quinoa.
Wash the veges then shredd the carrot, and slice the lettuces and peach.
Mix the dressing in a bowl and set aside.
Mix all in a plate and put the dressing up and serve.
