Summer Japanese Salad

This is not my own recipe, but i want to share my own style by using this recipe.
Hope you enjoy eating this kind of salad.

Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cup red quinoa cooked
  2. 1 small carrot
  3. 1/2 cup lettuces
  4. 1 large Peach
  5. 2 tbsp coconuts flakes
  6. Dressing:
  7. 3 tbsp soy sauce
  8. 1 tbsp olive oil
  9. 1 tbsp molasses/roman sauce
  10. 2 tbsp lemon juice/lime
  11. Salt and black pepper

Steps

  1. Boil the quinoa.

  2. Wash the veges then shredd the carrot, and slice the lettuces and peach.

  3. Mix the dressing in a bowl and set aside.

  4. Mix all in a plate and put the dressing up and serve.
