Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 6 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons whole milk, divided
- 6 tablespoons chopped fresh strawberries
How to Make It
Beat butter with a heavy-duty stand mixer on medium speed until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, salt, and 2 Tablespoons whole milk, beating until blended. Gently fold in chopped fresh strawberries. Stir in up to 1 Tablespoon whole milk, 1 teaspoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached. The frosting can be made 1 day in advance; store in the refrigerator.
