Stir Fry Watercress with Bacon
I usually have watercress in a soup with pork ribs, but now I’m going to stir fry it without oil, but using the bacon fat instead.
- 2 packs watercress (clean and rinse)
- 2 streaky bacon (sauteé)
- 3 garlics
- Soy sauce
- Cooking wine
Prepare all ingredients
Heat the pan, sauteé the bacon until golden brown then followed with the garlic.
When the garlic started to brown, put the watecress in.
Season with salt, sugar, cooking wine, then add some water. When it is done, ready to be set on a plate.
