Steamed egg with clams

Ingredients

  1. 3 Egg
  2. 1 cup pork bone broth
  3. Clam
  4. 1/4 cup water

Steps

  1. Blanch the clam first

  2. Beat the egg, add broth and water

  3. Stir well. Strain in steaming bowl

  4. Add the clam and steam for 5-7 minutes

  5. Add soy sauce on top if desired
