Steamed chicken & vegetables with Thai style sauce
Just arrange chicken breast and vegetables in a plate and put it in a steamer! This sauce is especially a must-try for Asian food lovers!
- 1 chicken breast
- 1 table spoon cooking sake
- 3 leaves lettuce
- 7 young corn
- 5 okra
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1/2 yellow pepper
- 10 cm leek (chopped in pieces)
- 1 Japanese new summer orange *1 table spoon of lemon juice is also fine
- 1 piece garlic (greated)
- 1 tea spoon ginger (greated)
- 1 table spoon salad oil
- 1 table spoon Nampra
- 1 tea spoon soy sauce
- 1 tea spoon oyster sauce
Cut all the vegetables.
Cut a chicken breast.
Place the lettuce, chicken, and other vegetables in a heat resistant plate. Pour cooking sake on the chicken to make it softer.
Boil hot water in a steamer and place a dish when it started boiling. Steam it for around 8-10 minutes until the chicken is well cooked.
Use a cloth for a lid.
Cut the leek into small pieces.
Squeeze the juice of orange. Mix all the ingredients for sauce.
Take out a plate once it finished steaming. Put the sauce on it and enjoy!!
