Steamed chicken & vegetables with Thai style sauce

Just arrange chicken breast and vegetables in a plate and put it in a steamer! This sauce is especially a must-try for Asian food lovers!


  1. 1 chicken breast
  2. 1 table spoon cooking sake
  3. 3 leaves lettuce
  4. 7 young corn
  5. 5 okra
  6. 1/2 red pepper
  7. 1/2 yellow pepper
  8. ☆Sauce☆
  9. 10 cm leek (chopped in pieces)
  10. 1 Japanese new summer orange *1 table spoon of lemon juice is also fine
  11. 1 piece garlic (greated)
  12. 1 tea spoon ginger (greated)
  13. 1 table spoon salad oil
  14. 1 table spoon Nampra
  15. 1 tea spoon soy sauce
  16. 1 tea spoon oyster sauce


  1. Cut all the vegetables.

  2. Cut a chicken breast.

  3. Place the lettuce, chicken, and other vegetables in a heat resistant plate. Pour cooking sake on the chicken to make it softer.

  4. Boil hot water in a steamer and place a dish when it started boiling. Steam it for around 8-10 minutes until the chicken is well cooked.

  5. Use a cloth for a lid.

  6. Cut the leek into small pieces.

  7. Squeeze the juice of orange. Mix all the ingredients for sauce.

  8. Take out a plate once it finished steaming. Put the sauce on it and enjoy!!
