Spring Onion Butter Cookies (Salty Cookies)


  1. 160 gr salted butter
  2. 30 gr icing sugar
  3. 180 gr all purpose flour
  4. 20 gr finely chopped spring onion
  5. 1/4 tsp chicken seasoning powder (optional)


  1. Preheat the oven 185 celcius.

  2. Softened salted butter with hand wisk. Mix in the icing sugar and chicken powder (if using) until smooth. Add in sifted flour, mix with spatula with cut and fold technique. And lastly, add the spring onion.

  3. Put in piping bag, decorate the cookies shape with your preferred piping tip.

  4. Bake for 15 minutes. Let it cool in cool rack and keep in airtight continer. Very tasty.
