Spicy tangy chicken 65!


  1. 1 kg boneless chicken
  2. 1 tbspn ginger garlic paste
  3. Salt
  4. 1 tbspn black pepper powder
  5. 2 tbspn maida
  6. 2 tbspn cornflour
  7. 1 egg
  8. Oil for frying
  9. 1/2 cup curd
  10. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  11. 10-15 curry leaves
  12. 3 green chillies
  13. 5-6 red chillies
  14. 1 tsp jeera
  15. 1 coriander leaves


  1. Cut the chicken boneless into small cubes,marinate with ginger garlic paste,salt,black pepper powder,maida and cornflour mix it well marinate for about 30 minutes! At the time of frying add 1 egg to the marination and mix well, deep fry all the cubes on a medium heat till golden in colour! Fry all chicken and keep aside

  2. Take curd in a bowl add red chilli powder,salt and black pepper powder mix it well add red food colour (compltly optional) mix it well and keep aside

  3. Gravy – take a pan add oil to it saute jeera, curry leaves,green chillies and red chillies,now add the curd mixture and saute for a while till the rawness goes out completly now add the fried chicken pieces to it and mix it well! Serve hot with the garnish of some coriander leaves! Ready
