Slow cooker Buffalo chicken

  1. 1 chicken cut up
  2. 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  3. 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  4. 4 tablespoons coconut aminos
  5. 8 tablespoons coconut oil
  6. 1 1/3 cups Frank's red hot sauce


  1. Put chicken in slow cooker.

  2. In sauce pan on medium-high heat combine hot sauce, coconut oil, coconut aminos, garlic powder & cayenne pepper. Stir and heat until mixed.

  3. Pour sauce over chicken in slow cooker.

  4. Cook 4-6 hours on low.

  5. Remove and shred with 2 forks.

  6. Return chicken to slow cooker on warm until ready to serve.

  7. Serve chicken in baked sweet potatoes & drizzle with Ranch Dressing.
