Seedless Guava with preserved orange peel

A very refreshing way to eat guava.


  1. 4 pcs guavas, remove the center part and peel the skin
  2. 80 grams preserved orange peel
  3. 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  4. 1 pc red chilli padi, finely chopped
  5. Pinch salt


  1. Guava, peel the skin, remove the seed/center part.

  2. Mix with the rest of the ingredients. I used this one for this first trial.

  3. Keep it in the fridge for 4-6 hours and the guava will absorb the flavour of the orange peel and become very juicy. Enjoy!
