Seedless Guava with preserved orange peel
A very refreshing way to eat guava.
- 4 pcs guavas, remove the center part and peel the skin
- 80 grams preserved orange peel
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 pc red chilli padi, finely chopped
- Pinch salt
Guava, peel the skin, remove the seed/center part.
Mix with the rest of the ingredients. I used this one for this first trial.
Keep it in the fridge for 4-6 hours and the guava will absorb the flavour of the orange peel and become very juicy. Enjoy!
