Roasted Veggies Medley
I wanted to start eating healthier but not give up flavor …
- 4 C broccoli florets
- 4 C cauliflower
- 3 C baby carrots
- I C butter
- 2 T minced or powdered garlic
- 2 T salt
- 2 T pepper
- 2 T parsley flakes
Preheat oven to 400 or 425 degrees
Melt butter and spices and pour over the veggies.
Wash and place veggies in a 9x 13 pan lined with foil
Cover with extra foil and cook until done about 1 or 1 1 /2 hours.
