Roasted Veggies Medley

I wanted to start eating healthier but not give up flavor …

Ingredients

  1. 4 C broccoli florets
  2. 4 C cauliflower
  3. 3 C baby carrots
  4. I C butter
  5. 2 T minced or powdered garlic
  6. 2 T salt
  7. 2 T pepper
  8. 2 T parsley flakes

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 400 or 425 degrees

  2. Melt butter and spices and pour over the veggies.

  3. Wash and place veggies in a 9x 13 pan lined with foil

  4. Cover with extra foil and cook until done about 1 or 1 1 /2 hours.
