Restaurant quality fried rice
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 minced cloves of garlic
- 2 tsp minced ginger
- 2 medium side chopped onions
- 2 sliced green onion
- 3/4 cup diced carrots
- 3/4 cup green peas
- 2 chopped eggs
- 2 minced carrots
- 1 cup minced meat (any king of meat)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp oil again
- 3 1/2 cups cold rice( cold rice works better than hot rice
Steps
Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the ginger, garlic and onions. Cook until soft. Add the vegetables, carrots, peas.
Add cooked eggs, soy sauce, some oil and stir. You can add any vegetable you like to make it better.
