Quick and Easy Pepper Steak Sauce

This is our version of the classic Pepper Steak Sauce. It is very simple and you can have it ready in 20 min. A MUST in any barbecue. Enjoy!


  1. 7 Oz. Heavy Cream
  2. 3 Oz. Fresh Milk
  3. 2 Tablespoons Salted Butter
  4. 1 Tablespoon Whole Black Pepper Grains
  5. To Taste Salt


  1. Place the Black Pepper on a pan at low heat and toast the grains.

  2. Grind the toasted Black Pepper grains until you get a thin dust.

  3. Place the Black Pepper along with the Salted Butter ok a pan at low heat.

  4. Add Heavy Cream to the mix and let it cook for 5 minutes.

  5. Add fresh milk. Cook for 2 more minutes And add Salt to taste. Serve and enjoy!
