- 2 bunch Mint
- 3-4 stalks Coriander
- 1 inch Ginger
- 4 pods Garlic
- 3 nos Red chilly
- 1 small gooseberry size Tamarind
- 2 tbsp Grated coconut:
Add oil in a pan. Add ginger,garlic,red chilly and tamarind and fry for a minute.
Add mint leaves and coriander stalks and fry until it shrinks.
Add grated coconut and salt. Fry until nice aroma comes. Let it cool.
Grind it in a mixer jar until smooth. Add water if needed.
