  1. 2 bunch Mint
  2. 3-4 stalks Coriander
  3. 1 inch Ginger
  4. 4 pods Garlic
  5. 3 nos Red chilly
  6. 1 small gooseberry size Tamarind
  7. 2 tbsp Grated coconut:
  8. Oil
  9. Salt


  1. Add oil in a pan. Add ginger,garlic,red chilly and tamarind and fry for a minute.

  2. Add mint leaves and coriander stalks and fry until it shrinks.

  3. Add grated coconut and salt. Fry until nice aroma comes. Let it cool.

  4. Grind it in a mixer jar until smooth. Add water if needed.
