Potato crust veg pizza

Ingredients

  1. 500 grm, potatoes
  2. Salt, as taste
  3. 1 tbsp, chilli flacks
  4. 1/4 tesp, black pepper
  5. 1/4 tesp, origano
  6. 1/4 tesp, paprika
  7. 2 tbsp, olive oil
  8. 2 tbsp, plain flour (maida)
  9. For toping
  10. 1 cup,Mozzarella
  11. 1 ,Tomatoe
  12. 1 ,Capsicum
  13. 1 ,Onion(small)
  14. Origano
  15. 4 tbsp,Pizza sauce

Steps

  1. Peel the potatoes and grater with large holes of grater then squeeze as much liquid as you possible can.

  2. Now add origano, salt, black paper, paprika, chilli flacks and olive oil and mix together.

  3. Then add cornflour and mix.

  4. Spread the potato mixture into the greased pizza plate.

  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until slightly golden on the edges. Once done, remove and flip it out.

  6. Spread pizza sauce, cheese and vegetables. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

  7. Potato crust pizza is ready.
