Ingredients

  1. Ground pork
  2. Tomato, chopped
  3. Cloves garlic, pressed/minced
  4. Large onion, chopped
  5. Medium potatoes, cubed
  6. leaves bay
  7. Beef stock
  8. to taste Salt and pepper

Steps

  1. In a pot over medium heat, heat oil. Sauté garlic and onions for 3-5 minutes.

  2. Add tomatoes and cook until softened.

  3. Add ground pork/beef. Cook until lightly browned.

  4. Add pepper, salt, bay leaves and fish sauce. Stir.

  5. Add potatoes and stir. Lastly add beef stock. Simmer for 10 minutes.

  6. Serve with rice. Enjoy!
