Picadillo
Ingredients
- Ground pork
- Tomato, chopped
- Cloves garlic, pressed/minced
- Large onion, chopped
- Medium potatoes, cubed
- leaves bay
- Beef stock
- to taste Salt and pepper
Steps
In a pot over medium heat, heat oil. Sauté garlic and onions for 3-5 minutes.
Add tomatoes and cook until softened.
Add ground pork/beef. Cook until lightly browned.
Add pepper, salt, bay leaves and fish sauce. Stir.
Add potatoes and stir. Lastly add beef stock. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve with rice. Enjoy!
