Ingredients
- Spaghetti
- Water
- Garlic
- Olive oil
- Tomato
- Onion
- Ketchup
- Peri peri seasoning
- Salt
- Creme fresh
- Herbs(optional)
- Cheese(optional)
Steps
Boil water and add salt, pasta and garlic
Saute the onion, tomato, onion and boiled garlic with Peri peri seasoning in a little more olive oil than you normally need. Then add the ketchup.
Add some of the water the pasta was cooked in and blend till a crepe batter consistency or looser(if it is thick add more pasta water till it’s loose
Add the drained pasta and stir, close the lid and let the sauce get a little more thicker then add the creme fresh, stir and then turn off the heat. Garnish with whatever herbs you prefer and cheese
