Peri peri pasta

  1. Spaghetti
  2. Water
  3. Garlic
  4. Olive oil
  5. Tomato
  6. Onion
  7. Ketchup
  8. Peri peri seasoning
  9. Salt
  10. Creme fresh
  11. Herbs(optional)
  12. Cheese(optional)


  1. Boil water and add salt, pasta and garlic

  2. Saute the onion, tomato, onion and boiled garlic with Peri peri seasoning in a little more olive oil than you normally need. Then add the ketchup.

  3. Add some of the water the pasta was cooked in and blend till a crepe batter consistency or looser(if it is thick add more pasta water till it’s loose

  4. Add the drained pasta and stir, close the lid and let the sauce get a little more thicker then add the creme fresh, stir and then turn off the heat. Garnish with whatever herbs you prefer and cheese
