  1. 3/4 cups sugar
  2. 3/4 cups vegetable ghee
  3. 3 eggs
  4. 1 teaspoon baking powder
  5. 3 cups flour
  6. Any flavored jam


  1. Beat eggs with sugar.

  2. Add vegetable ghee. Mix.

  3. Add baking powder and two cups of flour. Mix with hands.

  4. Add one more cup flour or more depending on dough, until it doesn’t stick anymore.

  5. Grease a pan and spread two thirds of the dough on it. Place the remaining third in the freezer.

  6. Spread the jam.

  7. Grate the third over the jam.

  8. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius until it turns golden.
