Overnight Proats


  1. 4 Tbsps Rolled Oats
  2. 1 Tbsp Ground Flaxseed
  3. 2/3 Cup Hot Water/Warm Nut Milk
  4. 2 Tbsps Coconut Sugar
  5. 1 Banana, Sliced
  6. 1 Tbsp Cocoa Nibs


  1. In a mason jar, add the rolled oats, ground flaxseed, hot water/warm nut milk and coco sugar. Mix all.

  2. Set aside to cool. When cool, add banana slices and cocoa nibs. Mix & place lid. Leave in refrigerator. Enjoy!
