- 4 Tbsps Rolled Oats
- 1 Tbsp Ground Flaxseed
- 2/3 Cup Hot Water/Warm Nut Milk
- 2 Tbsps Coconut Sugar
- 1 Banana, Sliced
- 1 Tbsp Cocoa Nibs
In a mason jar, add the rolled oats, ground flaxseed, hot water/warm nut milk and coco sugar. Mix all.
Set aside to cool. When cool, add banana slices and cocoa nibs. Mix & place lid. Leave in refrigerator. Enjoy!
