Oats and egg pancake

This is one of my favorites and the ingredients are so simple and it’s very easy and fast if you are a busy person.
Ps: this recipe contains only 290kcal so it’s suitable for weight loss

Ingredients

  1. 2 eggs
  2. 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
  3. 1 tsp cocoa powder
  4. Strawberries (or any fruit you want)
  5. 1 tsp cheese spread (you can use plain yogurt instead)
  6. 1 tsp honey (you can use maple syrup instead)
  7. Olive oil spray (you can use any oil you want or any cooking spray)

Steps

  1. Mix the eggs for 30 seconds then apply your oats and complete mixing

  2. Add cocoa powder

  3. Prepare the pan by applying any oil or spray just so the pancake doesn’t stick

  4. Put all the mixture in the pan

  5. Add strawberries on the mixture while cooking

  6. Flip the pancake after 3mins

  7. Cook for another 2 or 3 mins

  8. Now we got our pancake ready. Let’s add the toppings…

  9. Put some strawberries (or literally any fruit you want) but I prefer berry fruits for this recipe

  10. Add cheese spread on the middle and add honey all the way

  11. Now do yourself a green tea and enjoy a super healthy homemade pancake!?
