Ingredients
- Cheesecake
- 240 g Biscuits
- 120 g Melted butter
- 800 g Cream cheese
- 240 g Sugar
- 400 g Sour cream
- 300 g(ml) Heavy cream
- 4 Eggs
- 4 tbs Corn starch
- 3 tbs Vanilla extract
- 1/2 Lemon, juiced
- Glazing
- 400 g Berries
- 80 g Sugar
- 2 tbs Water
Steps
150°C 30min
Off oven (retain heat in oven) and leave cake sitting inside for 1 hour
Cooldown and refrigerate for 6hours at least.
Glazing poured ontop of cake after cake has been chilled
