Moog pulse with vegetables
A very uncommon pulse with common ingredients
Ingredients
- pointed gourd
- Potato
- fried moog pulse
- Chopped onion
- Zinger paste
- Garlic paste
- Green chili
- Soyabin oil
- Hot spice powder
- Butter
- Cumin paste
- 2 cups boiled water
- Turmeric powder
- Chilli powder
- 1 table spoon Suger
- Salt
Steps
Put 2 table spoon soyabin oil in a pan
Put pieces of point gourd & potato into it. Fry until golden color
Take off vegetables from pan & put chopped onion in hot oil
Fry onion & put garlic, zinger, cumin paste & cook for 5 minutes.
Put turmeric & chilli powder, add half cup water & cook until oil comes out from spice.
Add moog pulse & put 1.5 cup water & boil.
After 10-15 minutes, when pulse seems boiled well. Put fried vegetables,add salt & cook for 5 minutes.
Add hot spice powder, sugar & keep curry on stove in low flame.
Before off the stove, add butter n mix well.
