Moog pulse with vegetables

A very uncommon pulse with common ingredients

Ingredients

  1. pointed gourd
  2. Potato
  3. fried moog pulse
  4. Chopped onion
  5. Zinger paste
  6. Garlic paste
  7. Green chili
  8. Soyabin oil
  9. Hot spice powder
  10. Butter
  11. Cumin paste
  12. 2 cups boiled water
  13. Turmeric powder
  14. Chilli powder
  15. 1 table spoon Suger
  16. Salt

Steps

  1. Put 2 table spoon soyabin oil in a pan

  2. Put pieces of point gourd & potato into it. Fry until golden color

  3. Take off vegetables from pan & put chopped onion in hot oil

  4. Fry onion & put garlic, zinger, cumin paste & cook for 5 minutes.

  5. Put turmeric & chilli powder, add half cup water & cook until oil comes out from spice.

  6. Add moog pulse & put 1.5 cup water & boil.

  7. After 10-15 minutes, when pulse seems boiled well. Put fried vegetables,add salt & cook for 5 minutes.

  8. Add hot spice powder, sugar & keep curry on stove in low flame.

  9. Before off the stove, add butter n mix well.
