DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and spray the 6 cup muffin tin.Ground the rolled oats in a food processor or blender until you have made oat flour.Dice your celery, carrots, and green onions.In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, egg, vegetables, parmesan, cumin, and salt & pepper to taste.Equally separate the meatloaf mixture into the muffin tins.In a small bow, combine the tomato paste, vinegar, worcestershire sauce, stevia, and salt.Spread the tomato paste topping onto each mini meatloaf.Bake the meatloaves for 40 minutes in the oven.
