Lachcha shemai ??♥
Have you ever heard of lachcha shemai .It is a very traditional and tasty dessert from South Asia, specially Bangladesh. The wonderful thing about this dessert is that it is kind of like those instant food which is very easy to make.I am going to give a detailed recipe here.Try it and Take Love from Bangladesh.?
- 250 grams Laccha
- 1 Litter Liquid milk
- 3 tablespoon Powder milk
- Sugar as required
- 2 teaspoon Condensed milk/evaporated milk
- 4-6 pieces cardemom
- Nuts 1/2 cups (crashed/chopped)
- 8-10 pieces Keyism
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 teaspoon Chee
Put The liquid milk into a pot and put salt,sugar,cardemom into it and heat on the stove. When they will melt and warm 40%, add the powder milk into it and condensed milk.when milk is cooked keep them aside for 80% cooling.
In a frypan, put some ghee and heat it on stove. Then put the laccha and fry very carefully in a low flame. When they turns creamy lite brown color, stop the stove immediately and let it cool 80%.
Now put the laccha into the milk and spread keyism and nuts into it and let it cool.
Laccha semai is ready to serve.
