Keto Tomato and avocado cheese ‘toast’

My diabetic sister is full of great food ideas! This is something anyone would like!! It’s quick, easy and soooooo good!! Sometimes she scrambles an egg and has it with tomato. Don’t go too far with your cheese because it will turn bitter.

Ingredients

  1. Natural cheese shredded
  2. Slice tomato
  3. Slices avocado
  4. Lime juice
  5. Salt and pepper

Steps

  1. I used sliced cheese but she says shredded works better. In a hot skillet put your shredded cheese and allow to melt and slightly brown. Pull skillet off the heat and allow it to sit for a minute then remove to a paper towel lined plate.

  2. Add tomato and avocado that’s been sprinkled with lime juice. Salt and pepper to taste and that’s it!!
