Jelly Mushrooms Tamagoyaki

  1. 150 hram of jelly mushrooms / woodear mushrooms, minced
  2. 4 eggs
  3. Salt
  4. Pepper
  5. Somme oil


  1. Crack the eggs and put into a bowl.

  2. Add in the mushrooms and seasonings.

  3. Heat the oil in a pan.

  4. Add the mixture. Let it cook until golden brown.

  5. Then with a spatula, roll the omlette to one side until it reaches the other side of the pan.

  6. Cook until it is done.

  7. Take out the pan. Serve. Cut before hand.
