Jelly Mushrooms Tamagoyaki

- 150 hram of jelly mushrooms / woodear mushrooms, minced
- 4 eggs
- Somme oil
Crack the eggs and put into a bowl.
Add in the mushrooms and seasonings.
Heat the oil in a pan.
Add the mixture. Let it cook until golden brown.
Then with a spatula, roll the omlette to one side until it reaches the other side of the pan.
Cook until it is done.
Take out the pan. Serve. Cut before hand.
