Italian Beef


  1. 5 lbs beef roast
  2. 1 oz Italian dry dressing
  3. 2 cups beef broth
  4. To taste jalapeños and banana peppers
  5. To taste Salt and pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees

  2. Generously salt and pepper roast

  3. Combine beef broth and Italian dressing into measuring cup and stir

  4. Place roast in Dutch oven and pour broth over meat

  5. Add jalapeños and banana peppers to taste

  6. Place in oven for 4-5 hours or until beef easily pulls apart

  7. Remove from oven and separate fat from meat. Pull meat and place back in broth
