  • 1 14 cupswater
  • 1ouncetaco seasoning mix
  • 1lblean ground beef
  • 1cupchili sauce
  • 1cup medium salsa
  • 9ouncescorn (drained if using canned)
  • 4cupscorn chips (Scoops or Fritos are easiest)
  • 1 12 cups shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese

    DIRECTIONS

  • Pour water and taco seasoning mix into instant pot.Stir well.
  • Add ground beef to instant pot.
  • Pour chili sauce, salsa, and corn on top of ground beef.
  • Place the lid on the instant pot, turn the steam release handle to the sealing position, and set to pressure cook high for 1 minute.
  • When the instant pot is done cooking, turn the steam release handle to the venting position and do a quick release.
  • Remove the lid from the instant pot and stir well.Break apart the ground beef as you stir.
  • Set the instant pot to saute for 10 minutes and leave the mixture to simmer, stirring occasionally.
  • Once the instant pot turns off, scoop the corn chips onto plates and spoon the ground beef mixture on top.
  • Sprinkle with shredded cheese on top of meat and serve.
