Homemade Tortillas



  1. 2 cup all-purpose flour
  2. 3 tablespoon olive oil
  3. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  4. 3/4 cup water


  1. Combine all-purpose flour and salt in a bowl. Stir in water and olive oil.

  2. Turn onto a floured surface and knead about 2 minutes until soft.

  3. Let rest for 10 minutes.

  4. Divide into 8 equal pieces and roll into a ball. Using a rolling pin, roll into 7 inch circles.

  5. Cook on medium high in a nonstick skillet until golden brown.
