- 2 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup water
Combine all-purpose flour and salt in a bowl. Stir in water and olive oil.
Turn onto a floured surface and knead about 2 minutes until soft.
Let rest for 10 minutes.
Divide into 8 equal pieces and roll into a ball. Using a rolling pin, roll into 7 inch circles.
Cook on medium high in a nonstick skillet until golden brown.
